This course is developed for Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses and Nurse Practitioners by a Nurse Practitioner to ensure you have the knowledge and experience to confidently enter the field of medical aesthetics in the application of Wrinkle Relaxers (eg. Botox) and Dermal Fillers. Course Overview: 1. Introduction 2. Facial Anatomy and Anatomical Considerations 3. Product Review (neuromodulators and dermal fillers), Injection Techniques and Guidelines 4. Vascular Complications and Management of Adverse Effects All registrants will be provided with pre-course materials to help prepare before the course officially begins. Our beginner training course will allow participants to begin performing neuromodulator (forehead, glabella and crow’s feet) and dermal filler (lip augmentation, midface/cheeks) procedures right away! All products and models are provided by MediAesthetics at no additional cost to the participants. Continued Support Post Course Completion: 6 hours of shadowing at our office can be arranged for continued support after course completion. Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance, demonstrating proficiency in beginner-level medical aesthetic injecting techniques. Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy If refund requests are made up to 30 days prior to the course start date (regardless of the purchase date), they are eligible for a full refund less a $500 administrative fee. For students who make a refund request between 30 days and one week prior to the start of the course (regardless of the purchase date), 50% of the full program fee is refundable. If the refund request is made less than one week before the course start date, the full program fee is non-refundable. Any refund requests must be made in writing to info@mediaesthetics.ca
